AI questions

What owners ask before they start.

Which AI tools do you work with?

The assessment scope can cover your use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude. We agree which tools to review before work starts.

Will our data be used to train the AI?

It depends on the tool and the plan. We review the terms and settings of the specific accounts in scope. Finding out which accounts your staff actually use is part of every assessment.

Do we need Copilot licenses to start?

No. Many businesses start with training and a policy for the tools they already have. If Copilot makes sense, we check that your files are safe for it to see before you buy licenses.

Where should we start?

Most AI work starts with a readiness assessment or a briefing for the teams who will use it first. From there we pick the use case with the clearest return and the least risk.
