Javier Flores
Javier is a cybersecurity and AI engineer who has worked inside regulated organizations: securing Microsoft 365 environments, putting NIST security controls into practice, running security reviews in healthcare, and supporting device management for a statewide public agency.
He also builds AI systems people use every day, from internal assistants to automated security checks, and he has taught computer science, which is where the habit of explaining technical things in plain English comes from.
He started CT Technology Solutions because organizations are being asked to adopt AI and meet rising security requirements at the same time, often without the right people to lead it. Now they have a partner who does both.
